Product no ups or downs. Bike is very nice. Enough explanations online about functions of electronic parts and controls. Service, however, not good. Takes a long time to get in touch. Bicycle a lot cheaper, but no thought given to the right solution. If you have already bought everything from you, a gift card is of no use.

A lovely bike. Only the service on delivery was disappointing. Changing handbrakes due to left could not be done as there were hydrolic brakes. Just swapped levers at home....
